How To Track Email Conversions In Under 10 Minutes With Google Analytics

google analytics Ever wonder where your email subscribers are coming from?

Need a hassle-free way to read all the data?

All in one place?

If you answer yes to all of these questions, you’re in the right place. I’m going to show you exactly how to track your email conversions with Google Analytics. But more on “how” later on….

Let’s talk about Google Analytics for a bit…

I love Google Analytics, it’s a major source of data and insight for me. Like most people, I probably don’t use 10% of it’s full capability. Because of this, I once took Google Analytics for granted. Truth is, Google Analytics is a free, robust analytics software option.

Why Track Email Conversion?

Here’s the short answer:

Because awareness and intentional actions are important.

Let me explain further….

You may be doing something without even knowing you’re doing it, by accident. People may think it’s cool and praise you for it, essentially for doing something “effortlessly.” But they shouldn’t.

The way you acquire skill is by applying what you know (knowledge) over and over and over. If you’re not aware that you’re doing something, then there’s no way for you to develop that skill.

Intentional action that gets results should be praised. Having the ability to get whatever result you require on cue is commendable, and it’s what the marketplace pays for. It’s what we know as “skill.”

So…. its very important that you track where your subscribers are coming from, because this will naturally (or should) lead you to trying to figure out why by testing.

When you test different elements of your pages, you receive invaluable insight and what works and what doesn’t. Eventually, you’ll be able to tweak pages to get maximum conversion rates because you’ll have developed a skill for increasing conversions.

The more you’re aware of, the better you’re chances of getting optimal results.
